As a seasoned engineer in product engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the launch and manufacturability of automotive-grade semiconductor products. Your expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining test methodologies, and developing automated test equipment (ATE) test programs will be instrumental in ensuring product quality and compliance.

  • Develop and optimize ATE test programs for coverage, quality, and cost.
  • Work closely with design team and test engineering to define test strategies.
  • Oversee engineering builds, pilot runs, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Support product characterization, validation, and qualification activities.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with process engineering and suppliers to analyze yield trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in semiconductor process or product management, or subcon management.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, electronic testing, and automotive electronic qualification requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in product engineering for semiconductors, including DFT, ATE platforms, and test development.
  • Problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
