Description:
As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who visit our Service Centre. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and consistent customer experience by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and educating them on our digital tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Ensure that all customer requests are accurately processed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the features and benefits of our digital tools.
  • Handle and manage customer complaints, feedback, and escalations in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • A diploma or degree in any field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong passion for delivering customer-centric service.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
