CloudOps Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CloudOps Specialist to join our team at EPS Consultants Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS and a strong background in cloud security, infrastructure management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure cloud architectures to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain IaC scripts using Terraform and CDK to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning.
  • Implement security measures including SIEM, CSPM, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection to safeguard cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to security events and incidents to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure cloud solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven AWS experience with expertise in cloud security, infrastructure management, and operations.
  • Knowledge of SIEM, CSPM, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform and CDK.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and cloud security trends.
  • Experience in incident response and security operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
