About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Lab Associate Quality Assurance. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for manufactured materials, components, or products.

A typical day will include:

  • Reviewing/testing documentation and test records.
  • Maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and completeness of QC data and records.
  • Meeting quality objectives set by management and complying with Alcon, QMS, and Safety requirements.

You'll also lead/root cause analyses for product defects and quality lapses, and take effective actions to prevent recurrence.
