Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our landscape team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable landscape solutions for various sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits and tender show rounds to gather information and understand client requirements.
  • Design and propose simple yet effective landscape designs that meet client needs.
  • Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Coordinate work orders with ground crew to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Deal with complaints from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure ongoing site upkeep.
  • Monitor and record site staff attendance to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in landscaping industries.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Dynamic and energetic approach, with a strong focus on teamwork and multi-tasking.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, will be highly regarded.

Working Hours and Location:

This is a full-time position, working a 5.5-day week. Our office is located in Mandai Estate, with various site locations throughout the region.
