Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Sales Assistant on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, e-commerce, and email inquiries.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and statements in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • On-site work is required; staying in the Bedok area is preferred.
  • Remuneration will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
