Strategic Business Growth Manager Job Summary

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing KOL/KOC marketing plans to drive business growth. This includes optimizing processes, creating innovative strategies, and coordinating overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and formulate comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization.
  • Design and execute creative marketing campaigns that deliver maximum impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analyze content performance and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with IT sales experience and business development background.
  • Strong pressure resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team spirit skills.
  • Familiarity with user habits, social media platforms, and analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital marketing tools.
