Job Description

The Mobile Support Team aims to bring mental health services to the community, offering support through home visits and out-of-centre intervention sessions. The team is dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers.

This role will involve updating clientele data and programme information while providing operational and outreach support for the centre.

We are seeking an individual who can maintain accurate records, compile data for management reporting, and ensure proper maintenance of administrative records and office documentation.

In addition, this role will assist in coordinating events, supporting outreach efforts, distributing materials, and collecting feedback.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in both office administration and front desk duties, including strong telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Independence, service orientation, and strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up skills, with keen attention to detail
