We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Manager to join our team at SASHTI BUILDERS PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. This includes assessing project time constraints, communicating project information to team members, and conducting regular reviews to ensure quality and testing processes are in place.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and quality requirements, develop procurement plans, and manage project budgets. Additionally, you will implement and manage project schedules, monitor progress against agreed-upon plans, and recommend follow-up actions as needed.

Your expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, will be essential in selecting the appropriate framework to track project status and manage risks. You will also be responsible for recommending improvements to existing project management procedures and documenting these changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a project management framework to manage the whole project lifecycle.
  • Assess project time constraints to sequence tasks accordingly.
  • Communicate project information to team members.
  • Conduct regular reviews to control the quality of project deliverables and testing processes.
  • Define project scope and quality requirements with stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate frameworks to manage the performance and communications of a virtual team.
  • Develop procurement plan based on project procurement needs.
  • Develop project budget by project specifications and organisation's cost policies.
  • Develop project communications plan with communication management processes.
  • Establish an appropriate governance structure and change control activities to manage the project.
  • Implement and manage project schedule.
  • Manage procurement activities to meet project objectives on time and within the budget.
  • Manage project information to ensure relevant stakeholders are updated of the project changes.
  • Manage software configuration.
  • Manage the quality of the system development process.
  • Monitor actual progress against the agreed schedule and plans.
  • Monitor and control project risks developing scenarios for variances and risk management plan.
  • Recommend follow-up actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Select project methodology and use it as a basis to track project status.
  • Select quality management framework that enables effective communication to stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Administer the filing and archiving of assigned projects' data information technology.
  • Submit project progress reports for the Management Review.
  • Recommend improvement on existing Project Management procedures/processes, including documentation and information technologies on site.
  • Duty Time: 6 days in a week alternative 1 day off / 8 hours any time 00hrs to 24hrs
