Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate trade deals and send confirmation to counterparties
  • Manage brokerage control fees from brokers
  • Prepare and dispatch SWIFT payments, Deal/Settlement Confirmations
  • Perform investigations and reconciliations
  • Data cleansing
Trade Operations Department Overview

The Trade Operations Department is responsible for processing customers and interbank transactions such as remittances, foreign exchange, derivatives, securities, time deposits, structured deposits, domestic transactions, and settlements.

We handle opening of accounts, online banking, cash pooling/sweeping, issuance of Certificates of Balance, and Mark-to-Market.

The department comprises the Remittance Team, Deposits Team, and Treasury Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messages
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
