Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small mechanical and electrical parts using assembly drawings. You will also prepare materials and hardware in accordance with documentation and use simple battery-operated tools for the assembly work.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently. They should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small mechanical and electrical parts using assembly drawings
  • Prepare materials and hardware in accordance with documentation
  • Use simple battery-operated tools for the assembly work
  • Assist in conducting quality control of products
  • Participate in production meetings and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
