Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional visual storytelling abilities, advanced skills in editing apps and tools, and a strong understanding of social media content best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our offerings and engages with our audience.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for use across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with our team to develop creative content ideas that highlight menu items, promotions, and brand narrative.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and aligned campaigns.
  • Monitor social media interactions, engage with followers, and respond to messages/comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analysis of content performance using platform analytics will be an essential part of your role.
  • Adjust your creative strategy to optimize engagement and stay up-to-date on trends in digital content, social media updates, and viral formats relevant to the hospitality industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience producing and editing video/photo content, ideally for F&B or lifestyle brands.
  • Advanced skills with editing apps and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, VSCO).
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and sense of aesthetics.
  • Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Portfolio or links to previous work required.
