Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and skilled musicians to teach one-on-one and small group vocal/pop singing classes to adult students. No prior teaching experience is required, but strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with us are essential qualities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Teaching vocal/pop singing classes tailored to each student's needs, goals, and preferred songs, fostering a supportive learning environment
  • Tracking student progress and providing personalized feedback to help them improve their skills
  • Supporting occasional student performances or recitals, helping them build confidence on stage
  • Building rapport with students and creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong singing ability (good pitch, rhythm, and expression), enabling you to inspire and motivate your students
  • Familiarity with Mandarin pop music or a willingness to learn and explore new genres
  • Basic piano/guitar accompaniment skills (not required but beneficial), allowing you to enhance your lessons and provide additional support
  • Patient, friendly, and clear communication skills, essential for building trust and understanding with your students
  • A passion for helping adult learners grow in confidence and skill, making a real difference in their lives
  • Availability to work weekends (weekday rest days), ensuring you can commit to a flexible schedule
