Job Summary:

PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer Semicon to join our team. As a Field Engineer Semicon, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair works, and serving as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and systems, including computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
  • Perform on-site installation, continual improvement programs, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repair works on equipment.
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements and with customer on equipment-related matters.
  • Respond to customers' complaints, provide timely solutions to resolve customers' issues.
  • Monitor the performance of the product, provide regular update reports, and feedback on customer service requests.
  • Report common complaints of customers to management in order to address the situation for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with semiconductor equipment knowledge.
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
  • A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Require to work or be on standby during after-office hours.
