Position Summary:
Manage the operation of technical personnel, specialists, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of contractual work scope.

Key Accountabilities:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for all services, guaranteeing proper contracts administration and management. Engage with M&E services maintenance teams and oversee soft services FM with AFM/FM.

Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities, or Estate Management. Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably handling Government properties or statutory Boards. Proven expertise in IFM contracts management. Possession of certifications like Fire Safety, Project Management, or Greenmark Management is beneficial.
