Citi Commercial Bank Business Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Credit Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Commercial Lending Management Unit, you will be responsible for underwriting commercial credit extensions for new and existing clients, ensuring sound credit decisions and compliance with internal procedures and credit risk policy guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with bankers to support credit extension requests and ensure compliance with credit risk policy guidelines.
- Prepare detailed credit summaries of commercial applicants, analyzing business and financial information to render final credit decisions.
- Perform financial analysis on companies, including trend and ratio analysis, to assess repayment capacity.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Citibank products and services, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess risk and make business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- 2-5 years of experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and possessing effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytic skills.
