TCM Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing TCM services in both clinical and inpatient settings.

  • Comply with ethical codes and guidelines for TCM practitioners
  • Assess, establish and carry out treatment plans of patients using acupuncture, therapeutic massage, cupping, scraping and internal medication etc.
  • Document treatment plans provided to patients
  • Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and seek ways for potential collaboration
  • Assist with operational and strategic tasks to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of TCM services
  • Promote professional growth and development through continuing education
  • Participate in events planning and coordination
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with patients and staff
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Adhere to healthcare policies and clinical guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB)
  • Possess a valid practicing certificate from TCMPB
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
