About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with experience in events management or a related field. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting event proposals to clients, building strong client relationships, and overseeing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present creative event proposals and presentations.
  • Manage a wide range of events, including virtual events, exhibitions, product launches, and roadshows.
  • Provide on-site support and ensure smooth event operations.
  • Brainstorm and explore new business opportunities for the company.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Events Management or related field, with at least 2 years of event experience.
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with good presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable with flexible working hours.
