Job Title: Project Management Expert

About This Role

This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for project management. As a seasoned Program Director, you will oversee the successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing your expertise in process transitions to drive results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive transition plans for mortgage projects, products, and services, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, aligning with business goals and key performance indicators.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

  • Manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, accompanied by at least 12 years of experience in handling process transitions and project management.

  • Working knowledge of the US mortgage industry, with a deep understanding of its complexities and nuances.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
