About our company

Overview of the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced design professional to join our team as Design Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In charge of Design Team to carry out facade design works
  • Organize and plan design works to meet construction schedule
  • Provide leadership and manage team members in a professional manner
  • Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet standard requirements and specifications
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Design development and management skills
  • Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino, with the ability to read and extract information from 3D models
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Leadership and organization skills

With a minimum of 5 years working experience in facade design, you will be well-positioned to lead our design team and contribute to the success of our projects.
