Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Specialist to oversee the design and construction of civil and structural projects for buildings.

  • This role involves ensuring compliance with project requirements, overseeing industrial building designs, precast structures, and long-span roof trusses.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in piling, substructure, and superstructure works, as well as strong collaboration skills with M&E teams, process engineers, and quantity surveyors.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset is required, along with the ability to review shop drawings for precast and steel structures.
  • Familiarity with local authority requirements for civil and structural submissions is essential.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
