Our organization is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the company's purchasing and supply chain activities. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

  • Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and value creation
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and sustainability
  • Monitor and analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and market conditions
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Oversee purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and manage procurement budgets
  • Continuously review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost control
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior procurement and administrative staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ERP/procurement software is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
