Job Description
We seek a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our fleet of Oil Rigs. This requires evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring inventory levels and tracking deliveries, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and resolving issues with suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our fleet of Oil Rigs
- Evaluating suppliers and negotiating contracts and pricing
- Monitoring inventory levels and tracking deliveries
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Analyzing market trends and maintaining knowledge of industry best practices
- Resolving any issues with suppliers and managing supplier relationships
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marine & Offshore, Engineering, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Resourceful and strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP/ERP software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
