We are seeking an experienced and creative professional to join our team as a Visual Storyteller. As a key member of our Growth Creative Team, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content that captivates audiences across various platforms.

This role requires a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals using AI tools and industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. You should have a keen eye for design aesthetics, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and be adept at optimizing content for seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and design visually appealing digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to ensure continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
  • Craft compelling narratives through 2D or/and 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
  • Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Twitter, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools.
  • Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is advantageous.
