Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NLP Algorithm Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying intelligent voice assistant and text-based large language models. You will focus on NLP model development, including intent recognition and slot extraction, ensuring efficient deployment. Additionally, you will stay updated on cutting-edge NLP models/tools and quickly learn and apply them to solve complex business challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in NLP algorithms (including academic research) and be proficient in Python and Linux. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is also required. Your expertise in fine-tuning large models, inference acceleration, and dialogue semantic modeling will be valuable assets in this position.
