Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Executive to join our team at RECRUITMENT ALLIANCE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to maintenance requests and provide technical expertise to resolve site issues
  • Manage a team of technicians, including roster planning and day-to-day operations
  • Oversee sub-contractors for fitting out and alteration projects, ensuring adherence to building regulations
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facilities operation
  • Manage minor alteration and addition works projects
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Liaise with vendors for cost comparisons and negotiate building contracts
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • 4 years of experience in facilities operations
  • Proficiency in HVAC, aircon, and building M&E systems
