Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving issues related to these systems, conducting routine inspections and upkeep tasks, and overseeing on-site work performed by vendors/contractors.

Additionally, you will handle urgent situations as required and report any defects, malfunctions, or damages to office furniture, fittings, and equipment. We require candidates with Higher Nitec in Building Maintenance or equivalent qualifications, at least 3 years of experience in facilities management, M&E operations, and building services, and strong knowledge in maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
