Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and be able to implement processes that drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure documentation of the company's quality management system is in place, including policies, objectives, plans and work procedures.
  • Maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), policies, risk assessment and work procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS system.
  • Lead a team of inspectors and handle incoming, in-process and finished goods issues in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Resolve quality issues (8D, NCR and Customer Complaints).

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Engineering / Quality or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality in a manufacturing environment working in an ISO regulated environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in the management system, certified as an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 internal auditor are an added advantage.
