Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Specialist to join our team at GYK TALENSYNC PTE. LTD. as a 6-month contract position, renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including name screening, in accordance with our company's KYC policy.
  • Evaluate and escalate concerns related to customer due diligence and screening alerts, ensuring compliance with our KYC procedure.
  • Manage client responses to KYC requirements and resolve customer queries related to documentation.
  • Oversee the periodic review pipeline and ensure timely completion of due diligence prior to renewal due dates.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry, specifically in AML/KYC, sanctions, and change management.
  • Experience in Transaction Monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of AML and KYC regulations, particularly in the Singapore regime.
  • Familiarity with KYC Screening tools, such as Refinitiv and Lexis Nexis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
