We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Building Information Modelling Specialist to enhance our construction operations at Chiu Teng Construction Co. Pte. Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:- Directly report to the Project Manager and BIM Manager.
- Develop, implement, and manage VEP, VDC methodologies, processes, and standards of design works.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors on VDC projects.
- Ensure accurate data flow internally and externally before model release or exchange.
- Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in BIM-related work in the construction industry.
- Experience in drafting HDB projects.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, Auto Cad, Revit, and MS Office.
