We are looking for a detail-oriented and team player to join our organization in the role of Learning Programme Assistant.

Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to deliver high-quality learning programmes across various formats, including virtual, blended, and classroom settings.

This involves working closely with trainers and consultants to co-develop content and customise interventions tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

In addition to programme delivery, you will be responsible for managing logistics, finance, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.

You will also prepare client-facing materials, reports, and action planning documents, as well as design visual aids for post-survey engagement communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification is preferred, but all applicants are welcome.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with advanced Excel skills being a plus.

Detail-oriented individuals with good time management skills and a customer-centric approach are highly valued.
