Operational Leadership Role

This role is for an experienced professional who can oversee the daily operations of assigned service points, ensuring efficient delivery of services and exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and team management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities at assigned service points, including front counter services and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers and other stakeholders to address system and process issues.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by introducing innovative services and ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Achieve operational targets through business planning and regular reviews with clinical heads.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate a team of non-nursing staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Support staff recruitment, retention, and development to build a motivated workforce.
  • Contribute to departmental committees, projects, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the healthcare industry (healthcare operations experience advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing frontline staff.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
