About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passionate and dedicated individual to partner with parents to foster children's holistic development, equip them with life skills and cultivate values that prepare them to be life-long learners. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with parents to develop and implement personalized learning plans for each child
- Create a safe, joyful and conducive learning environment that promotes social, emotional and cognitive development
- Deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all children
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum-based programs
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (Chinese)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for working with young children and their families
About Us
We offer a competitive salary package of SGD 45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
