Advanced AI Model Developer

We are seeking a skilled and talented individual to join our innovative team of engineers. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents to create engaging in-game character interactions and dialogue systems.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intelligent recommendation systems to optimize content discovery and game engagement. Additionally, they will build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for dynamic NPC conversations and player queries.

  • Fine-tuning LLMs using machine learning techniques is crucial for this position. Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience with cloud platforms and model deployment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs for dialogue systems.
