Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description: As a Strategic Human Capital Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, you will develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees understand their job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Job Description Management: Review and update job descriptions to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Training and Development: Develop training materials and performance management programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Compensation Strategy: Create a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys, ensuring fair and competitive salaries.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts, providing guidance and support to resolve these matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Performance Management: Use performance management tools to provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  • HR Systems: Maintain HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a strategic role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and systems.
