Orthopaedic Care Provider

Clinic Nurse Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an orthopaedic setting, adhering to clinical policies and procedures.
- Assist orthopaedic physicians during examinations and treatments, potentially involving various types of musculoskeletal issues, ranging from fractures to chronic conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and IVs as ordered by the orthopaedic physicians.
- Manage patient records to document care provided, treatment plans, and patients' progress.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure that the clinic environment is clean and hygienic.
- Monitor and restock medical supplies as required.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up care.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have a Nitec or Diploma in Nursing, at least 1 year of working experience as an Enrolled Nurse/Staff Nurse, and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. Clinical experience in orthopaedics is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in various clinical tasks such as IV placement, casting, and wound dressing is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Nitec or Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of working experience as an Enrolled Nurse/Staff Nurse
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Clinical experience in orthopaedics (preferred)
The ability to provide quality patient care, work effectively in a team, and contribute to the success of the clinic.
