Job Title: Transformation Leader in Payment Solutions
">Job Description:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with senior executive clients to drive payments transformation programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for payment solutions, advising on and providing solutions to business challenges presented by the client.
- Lead teams of consultants and business analysts in end-to-end payment transformation programs for Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.
- Collaborate with business units, operation units, and technology partners to ensure seamless system and process delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in payments strategy or operations team or consulting firm with credentials of delivering transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of Asia-Pacific and cross-border payment schemes.
- Proven ability to define and deliver solutions in Finastra Global Pay Plus or similar products with 8-10 years of experience in payment implementations.
- Proven experience in consulting services across the payment ecosystem.
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 20022 payment standards and SWIFT messages.
- Experience in Payments, including digital and traditional payments, national and cross-border, ATMs and EFTPOS, and Corporate and Financial Institution Payments.
