Job Description
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to ensure their success with Nutanix technology. This includes acting as the post-sales trusted advisor for 6-8 strategic customers, collaborating with internal teams to optimize resource utilization, and partnering with customer architects to align architecture to customer business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized customer success plans to meet customer goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.
- Proactively identify and address customer pain points and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, demonstrating credibility with mid-senior level business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, capable of advocating for customer needs and delivering constructive feedback to internal teams.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving positive outcomes and applying problem-solving strategies.
