EPC Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for the buying and procurement of goods and services.
- Support in the acquisition of goods and services for operational expenses (Opex).
- Effectively execute the relevant S&P steps in the procurement process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite, and Receive) to obtain the right service or product at the right time and place.
- Utilize the supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system effectively. Key user for the Operations Control System (OCS).
- Contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of relevant procurement contracts.
- Perform contract administration activities such as facilitate visibility and availability of contracts, manage updates, monitor, and follow-up contract end dates.
- Support the Manager, Sourcing and Procurement, in structurally managing the supplier base, especially regarding periodical supplier performance measurement and document management as part of the Supplier Management Program.
- Support in periodically measuring and analyzing processes and their performance/results by measuring global and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g., P2P, savings, contractor safety, etc.
- Contribute in discussions on recommendations to improve performance.
- Develop, utilize, and promote S&P Technology and systems for procurement and reporting to provide information/solutions to customers and support decision-making.
- Other job assignments from the Manager, Sourcing and Procurement, from time to time.
