Job Title: Healthcare Professional

Our organization is seeking a qualified Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role will involve conducting health screenings and vaccinations for students in primary and secondary schools, as well as at the Student Health Centre.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant disposition and ability to engage and build relationships with students and work collaboratively with school staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct health screenings and vaccinations annually for students from primary and secondary schools and at the Student Health Centre
  • Provide quality and safe care to students in accordance with health protocols
  • Ensure proper documentation of students' health records
  • Track and follow up closely on students' appointments and referrals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute or primary healthcare setting
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a pleasant disposition with the ability to engage and build relationships with students and work collaboratively with school staff and families
