Automotive Crane Maintenance Professional
\Job Description:

The Automotive Crane Maintenance Professional is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of cranes and heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems and be able to diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools and software.

\Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of cranes and heavy vehicles.\
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.\
  • Replace worn-out or damaged components such as hydraulic pumps, engines, and cables.\
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and breakdown causes.\
  • Conduct on-site emergency repairs when necessary.\
  • Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and industry safety regulations.\
  • Conduct safety checks and inspections to prevent equipment failure.\
  • Travel to job sites to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.\
  • Work closely with crane operators and site managers to ensure smooth operations.\
  • Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.\
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in crane and heavy vehicles maintenance and repair.\
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems in cranes and heavy vehicles.\
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical circuits in cranes.\
  • Ability to diagnose and repair faults using diagnostic tools and software.\
  • Willingness to travel to job sites for on-site repairs.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Good communication skills to interact with crane operators and supervisors.\
  • A valid driver's license (preferred for on-site repairs).\
