Job Description

We are seeking an Interior Designer to spearhead residential design & build projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills.

  • A Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with one-two years post-graduate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop designs using color and texture.
  • Understand FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing, and scheduling).
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on initial concept presentations.
  • Site coordination and project management.
  • Produce CAD drawings and schematic design presentations.

Necessary Skills:

  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Proficient in Sketchup, V-Ray/3D-Max, InDesign, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Prioritize attention to detail and adapt to constructive feedback.
