Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service to take on this exciting opportunity. As an Academic Support Team Member, you will be responsible for administering students' admissions, withdrawals, course completions, attendance tracking, and payment processes. You will also manage the front desk, attend to walk-in customers, and provide assistance to the Head of Department and lecturers as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the service industry, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
• Administering students' admissions, withdrawals, course completions, attendance tracking, and payment processes.
• Managing the front desk and attending to walk-in customers, student inquiries, feedback, complaints, and requests.
• Responding to email and phone inquiries related to courses.
• Coordinating various school administrative matters between different departments.
• Providing assistance to the Head of Department and lecturers as needed.
• Assisting with ad-hoc departmental responsibilities, such as marketing workshops, outreach, student orientation, and graduation ceremonies, as required.
• Performing other tasks as directed by the Department Manager or Vice President, Academic.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A diploma or GCE 'A' level holder.
• Two years of relevant working experience in an international private education institution.
• A good track record in the service industry, with a passion for customer service and achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $40,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
