About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional technical expertise and strong communication skills to drive business growth through strategic pre-sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SenseTime's products and services, as well as a deep understanding of the computer vision industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies to support sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with the overall business strategy and enhance customer engagement.
- Act as a solutions SME representing SenseTime at internal and external events, showcasing product value to potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through personalized approaches and tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer strategic needs to identify key business requirements and propose SenseTime's products, solutions, and services that meet those needs, highlighting compelling business value.
- Design process transformation recommendations to address current and future business needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess extensive knowledge of SenseTime's offerings and convey their value to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilots.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to the company's products and services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer engagement and solution development.
Proposal Development:
- Curate persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of SenseTime's products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling materials that meet client needs and close deals efficiently.
Sales Support:
- Provide pre-sales support to sales teams by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics to close deals effectively.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats, providing valuable insights for business growth and expansion.
- Offer input on pricing strategies and competitive positioning to ensure SenseTime remains a leader in the computer vision industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT or Engineering discipline
- Proven experience in pre-sales roles, with a minimum of 1-3 years in similar positions.
- Strong understanding of computer vision products or services, as well as industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging C-level leadership audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Linux and other relevant tools a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset and track record of successfully building client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with proficiency in English and Chinese (preferred).
