Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a professional with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the maintenance of high sanitation and hygiene standards in Food & Beverage areas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and maintaining ISO22000:2018 accreditation.
The successful applicant will lead a team of Senior Hygienist and Hygienist, conducting regular training workshops to maintain required levels of hygiene and sanitation. They will also inspect kitchen operations, including receiving, preparing, cooking, storing, and serving food and beverage.
Liaising with authorities, the incumbent will ensure all food safety requirements are met and that all food handlers hold valid certification. A degree in Food and Beverage Management or a related field is essential, along with WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 (FHO) and Level 4 (FSMS) certification.
With a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant and production kitchen, the successful applicant will be equipped to take on this challenging role.

- Relevant degree in Food and Beverage Management or related field
