Job OverviewThis role involves managing the full payroll cycle on a monthly basis. This includes verifying attendance, overtime claims, and incentive claims, as well as data entry into payroll software systems.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Verifying employee attendance and claim overtime hours, night shift allowance, and split shift allowance
- Carrying out data entry into payroll software systems
- Preparing payroll summary for review by senior management
- Downloading bank file for submission to finance department
- Processing CPF contributions and foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore
- Compiling salary data monthly for senior management
- Managing government claims, including GPML, GPCL, and GPPL
Additional tasks may be assigned by senior management.
