Risk Manager - Compliance SpecialistJob Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance on risk management best practices
- Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar or compliance role, including 3 years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety, risk assessment, safety systems, and local regulations
- Proficient in incident investigation, fraud management, and crisis handling
