Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Mechanical Electrical Air-Con Commissioning Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, and Commissioning works for the project site, coordinating with respective stakeholders to meet project timelines.

This includes managing budgets, costs, and commercial and contract matters related to the project. Suitable candidates will have prior experience working on large-scale data centre and/or industrial-sector projects, and will be able to establish effective project organisational structures for communication, control, reporting, and operating procedures.

The selected candidate will work closely with the lead PM/Director and carry out tasks/duties assigned. They will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate tender processes are implemented and contracts are in place with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include managing procurement activities on the project, carrying out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically reviewing the design and documentation to minimise risk and maximise outcomes.
