API Integration Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced API Integration Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to publishers and merchants through their integration journey.
Key Responsibilities- Integration Guidance: Offer expert guidance on API setup, configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Sandbox Management: Assist merchants in setting up sandbox access, test credentials, and Coda Portal configuration.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve common integration issues such as callback failures, parameter mismatches, or incorrect environment setup.
- Issue Tracking: Monitor and track open technical issues throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system readiness and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Performance Monitoring: Track transaction success rates and error logs during initial launch phases.
- Post-Launch Support: Provide assistance to partners with post-launch configurations and investigate data discrepancies and callback anomalies.
- Documentation: Maintain and improve integration guides and internal documentation based on recurring issues or partner feedback.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
