Senior Aviation Finance Manager

Aviation finance requires a unique blend of legal and commercial expertise.
The role involves managing complex transactions from inception to completion, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to distil complex issues into key messages.
Key responsibilities include leading transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing, with minimal support.
This may involve negotiating aircraft financing and leasing transactions, as well as managing restructuring, dispute resolution and litigation matters.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of aviation law and finance, with experience in autonomously managing and negotiating complex transactions.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to build relationships quickly and trust among stakeholders across multiple relationships.
A commercial awareness and the ability to drive business outcomes are also key requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor or barrister
* Extensive experience in managing and negotiating aircraft financing and/or leasing transactions
* Ability to distil complex issues into key messages
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
